Get Sh*t Done (GSD) Program - Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that I am signing up for the Get Sh*t Done (GSD) Program. I have committed to pay for this program in full with this one payment, knowing that the program itself is a 9-month program.

Intellectual Property Rights

All of the contents of this program have been created by Dr B based on her 35+ years of experience, expertise and training, or utilizes resources of others with attribution given. The contents of this program are for the use of the currently enrolled student only, and no one else. It is not permitted to take any of the content from this program, whether handouts, videos, audios or other materials or information, and use them or share them outside of this program with friends, family, clients or customers of yours, either directly, via social media or in any other ways not herein mentioned without the express permission of Dr B. This holds true whether you are a currently enrolled student in this program or after you graduate this program.

Permission to Contact You Via Email and SMS Text Messaging

GSD program information including Executive Function Assessments, training release dates, coaching reminders and miscellaneous learning material is regularly disseminated via email and text messaging. With your enrollment in the GSD program, you agree to receive these messages. You may opt-out at any time, however, doing so means that you will not receive the regular notifications from Dr B to help you stay accountable and progress in the program. Opting out disqualifies you from any possible refund.

Code of Conduct

The Get Sh*t Done (GSD) program is committed to creating a safe, respectful, nurturing environment that allows you and every other student to explore their full potential.

You are expected to treat one another, as well as the coach with courtesy and respect at all times. This includes written, verbal and visual interactions.

GSD will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or any behavior or language that is abusive, offensive or unwelcome.

Keeping the following principles in mind will help to maintain the high standard of conduct expected of all students:

• What is said and shared within the GSD program stays in the program. Do not share anyone else's story or personal information without their permission.
• As a student, you are here to learn and grow. Be open-minded, coachable, and listen when given constructive feedback.
• Refrain from giving advice to others; you can share your own experience using "I" statements rather than suggesting what another student should do.
• GSD training materials are for your personal use only and are not to be shared under any circumstances. GSD training materials in any form falls under the protection of intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of any GSD materials will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
• Inappropriate behavior or comments should be brought to Dr B's attention immediately.

Consistent with the above, you are expected to do your utmost to create a supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential and be free from harassment, intimidation, bullying, and discrimination.

All students are expected to follow the GSD Code of Conduct, both in letter and in spirit. Failure to do so will result in prompt corrective action. A warning may be issued; however, repeat violations or a single severe incident may result in a student being permanently removed from the program and no refunds will be given.

GSD creates a safe learning space for all. We rely on one another's good judgment to uphold a high standard of integrity for the benefit of all. If you are ever in any doubt about the appropriateness of any action, the best thing to do is to ask first.

This code of conduct covers all programs under the Get Sh*t Done or ADDventures In Achievement brand.

Cancellations or Refunds

Once enrolled, students may not cancel. Refunds will not be issued for withdrawals or non-participation.

If, at the end of the 9-month GSD Program, you attest that you have experienced no positive changes or growth as a result of your participation in everything as listed below, the GSD program offers a full refund (minus a $250 administrative fee) if you meet all of the following conditions:

1. Watched 100% of the initial training video focused on Limiting Beliefs and Outdated Identities, posted in the community forum their Limiting Beliefs and Outdated Identities to release and transform these issues and interacted w/DrB on these
2. Listened to 100% of the audio coaching for Limiting Beliefs and Outdated Identities to assist them in their postings
3. Watched 100% of each training video for the MasterClasses (MC) and the EF skills, plus took notes in the workbooks and handouts as they watched.
4. Listened to 100% of the audio coaching for each MC to assist them in their postings
5. Attended and participated in coaching call for the MC training, plus attended and participated in coaching call per EF skill module.
6. For the MC forum, followed the step-by-step methodology for each MC as directed, and completed the methodology at least once.
7. After watching each EF training video, and taking notes on the included EF lesson handout, they posted in the GSD program forum, meaning they posted their takeaways, insights, questions, wins, accountability after watching each EF training video, prior to each coaching call for that EF lesson, and their takeaways after each EF coaching call.
8. Practiced all of the lifework strategies provided in all EF lessons, and posted what they are practicing from each EF lesson in the program forum for feedback from DrB
9. Posted for help/support in the program forum when/if they were stuck on a particular topic (must post within 3 days of training video release).
10. Completed all other assignments and recommendations made during the Program.
